BBN engages in strategic initiatives that allow those individuals who demonstrate leadership skills to further develop those skills through training opportunities, one-on-one mentoring, and regular sessions with senior leadership to provide constructive assessment and guidance for ongoing growth and development.

BBN partners with other nonprofit ministries whose doctrine and ministry align with ours to provide quality Bible-teaching programming over the air. Our broadcast partners include ministries such as Running to Win, Wisdom for the Heart, Love Worth Finding, Insight for Living, and many others. BBN representatives often minister in local churches, conferences, schools and community events. In addition, BBN designs and publishes printed resources and has an active social media presence to further our mission.

Over the past year, society has seen a number of changes on a fundamental level. BBN has adapted to the growing needs of our listeners during these seasons of fear and uncertainty through strategic training of our ministry staff to address questions and to share the peace that comes through faith in Christ. In addition, we have adapted technology to address growing concerns of donor privacy and safeguarding personal information.
