    Health Brigade

    Mission

    Health Brigade, formerly Fan Free Clinic, offers an integrated, comprehensive, creative approach to health and wellness. We not only meet the clinical quality standards of the traditional health system, but we often exceed them in compassion, care coordination, cultural sensitivity and patient satisfaction. Incorporated in 1970, we became the first free clinic in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Over the decades, Health Brigade's focus has shifted with the needs of the community. Today, as more and more individuals and families find themselves without adequate health care coverage and affordable resources, Health Brigade is reshaping itself once again to meet contemporary challenges.
