1.Expand Affordable Housing and Community Impact to empower more clients, effect change on the systems level and engage the broader community, influence policy change, and increase resource flow.
2.Standardize and integrate Community Care Management to centrally assess client needs, advocate on their behalf, and refer to a coordinated network of specialized program partners.
3.Refine Neighborhood Resource Centers. strengthen Shelter and RE-Housing, Affordable Housing and Child Care to meet fundamental client needs, positioning them to move toward self sufficiency.
