PROVIDE FOR PROTECTION OF PERSONS AND PROPERTY BY LOSS FROM FIRE, ACCIDENT, CATASTROPHE, OR OTHER CALAMITY IN PITTSYLVANIA AND HALIFAX COUNTY VIRGINIA. TO RENDER PRE-HOSPITAL CARE TO THE SICK AND INJURED, AND TO PERFORM SUPPORT OF RESCUE SERVICES, WITHOUT CHARGE.
