Mission

CrossOver Healthcare Ministry is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates two charitable healthcare clinics providing low-income, uninsured and medically underserved residents of the Metro Richmond area with high quality, compassionate healthcare services. Since our founding over 35 years ago, CrossOver has grown immensely in order to address the increasing need for accessible and affordable healthcare services. In FY25, CrossOver served 7,200 people through our wide range of programs. CrossOver provides a medical home to our patients, offering an innovative integration of health services under one roof, including primary and specialty care, chronic disease management, medication and medications management, dental, vision, pediatrics, mental health counseling, OB/GYN, HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment, and health education.

Goals

1.Welcome all. From our physical spaces, to our expressions of faith, to our embrace and awareness of difference, we are working to provide healthcare that welcomes all.
2.Ensure sustainability. Pursuing our mission is only possible if CrossOver is financially strong. We are strengthening our philanthropic and Medicaid revenue and partnerships.
3.Increase Clinical Output by 20% in the most cost-effective manner. The need for compassionate healthcare is great—greater than we can currently meet. We are working to increase the number of our neighbors who can receive the care they need at CrossOver.
