All employees must create a Leadership Develop Plan for themselves, under the direction of their supervisor. Leading webinars and training sessions for our pregnancy centers, writing blog posts, and attending conferences are among the accomplishments outlined in a Leadership Development Plan. All employees are given access to LinkedIn Learning.

Care Net is a voice of compassion and reason in the public square, advocating for the culture at large to consider the value of human life, the importance of marriage and strong families, the important role of fathers, the transformative power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the need for long-term discipleship within the Church for those making pregnancy decisions. Our external mobilization efforts are focused on meeting the following objectives: - Reaching more than 14 million people annually through our social media outreach - Having more than 1 million visitors to our website annually - Engaging with 125,000 website visitors by having them download ebooks, take free courses, use devotional material, or signing a pledge - Having more than 68,000 people annually take one of Care Net’s free, online courses

Texas Rapid Response On September 1, 2021, the Texas Heartbeat Law went into effect, limiting the period a woman could legally obtain an abortion to approximately the first 6 weeks of pregnancy. Almost instantly, pregnancy centers in Texas were inundated with frantic clients, needing to know IMMEDIATELY if they were pregnant, and many making rapid decisions to abort their unborn children in the immediate wake of the new law. Thankfully, many of Care Net’s affiliated pregnancy centers were newly trained and experienced in “phone ministry” and were able to meet this increased need. However, the needs of our centers, our partner Making Life Disciples churches, and clients have been rapidly changing over the last several months. For this reason, and to better serve those facing pregnancy decisions in Texas, Care Net has allocated resources to serve pregnancy centers and churches on the ground, with employees physically located in Texas. Effective mid-January 2022, our first staff member of this rapid response team began the work of equipping and empowering Texan centers and churches to serve those in their communities who are facing pregnancy decisions.
