TO PROVIDE A PRACTICAL AND MEANINGFUL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FOR STAFFORD COUNTY STUDENTS BY GIVING THEM HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN ALL PHASES OF HOME CONSTRUCTION AND ALSO TO PROVIDE STUDENTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ON USED VEHICLES.
