We are committed to strengthening Arlington by fostering participation in philanthropy by a broader cross-section of people, increasing Arlington’s culture of philanthropy, and growing durable assets to respond to current and future needs.
2. 2.Foster an equitable Arlington where everyone has an opportunity to thrive and feel like they belong. We seek to stem the tide of displacement of low-income residents, ensure pathways to economic success, be a force multiplier for good, pursue equity, and support community-led work to improve the quality of life for everyone in Arlington.
3. 3.Practice operational excellence to ensure ACF's ability to meet Arlington's current & future challenges. We are committed to building an organization that adopts best practices for organizational effectiveness, has strong internal controls, practices excellence in governance, plans for thoughtful growth, remains nimble to respond to needs, and pursues collaborations to create positive change.
