Mission

RCE's mission is to defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the cause of the widow, and help rebuild broken lives. RCE does this by: - providing crisis and long term care for abandoned children, teens, and adults with disabilities, - seeking to place these children and teens in adoptive families, - striving to prevent abandonment and the effects of poverty through a wide-reaching poverty prevention program.

Vision

Regardless of their learning or physical disabilities ALL under RCE's care, will have a loving family of their own, for LIFE! In our group homes, or in a Placement Family . And we will help impoverished families to stay as a family by helping them in crisis yet with dignity.

Goals

1.* To provide spiritual, educational, emotional, and physical support to the children/young adults in all 6 group homes, and children in Love House(Placement) families.
