World Help aims to provide Help For Today and Hope For Tomorrow around the world.

Goals

1. 1.We've established a 3-year goal for increasing revenue and gifts in kind contributions. There are incremental goals within this 3-year goal, and all staff will be required to create their own goals that feed into the success of the overarching goal. Achieving this goal will allow us to make a greater impact on those we serve and go deeper with the partners and programs we collaborate with.
2. 2.We're actively working on start, stop, and suggest lists to determine what initiatives help achieve our mission and multi-year goal as opposed to initiatives that do not. Doing so will allow us to spend more time conducting work that our organization does best.
3. 3.We're in the process of implementing a company-wide restructure to better allocate resources toward our mission and 3-year goal. With that restructure comes new leadership and roles, as well as an investment in technology to help streamline/automate tasks and services. Doing so gives our organization more capacity to push the needle forward.
