Vision

Our vision is to unite the community in support of academic excellence, leadership development, scholastic achievement, and career preparation for Manassas City Public Schools' students.

Goals

1. 1.Increase awareness about our Foundation and its mission through presentations to community organizations, a quarterly newsletter, timely social media posts, and regular networking.
2. 2.Increase donor support and diversify funding sources by enhancing communication with & recognition of donors, identifying and researching prospective new donors, and holding 1-2 fundraising event each year.
3. 3.Strengthen & expand Board membership to reflect the diversity, expertise, & community partnerships essential to advancing our mission by developing and following a documented onboarding process for new Board members & retaining engaged Board members.
