Building the skilled workforce of tomorrow through industry-recognized training, credentials, and partnerships, NCCER empowers the construction industry to develop and grow a safe, skilled, and sustainable workforce. NCCER is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit education foundation providing industry-recognized credentials.

Vision

With over 20 million module completions and partnerships nationwide, NCCER continues to elevate the construction profession as a cornerstone of economic mobility and hope. Its vision is clear: to create opportunities that change lives and strengthen communities—one credential, one career, one future at a time.

Goals

1.Expand the High School Builder program to reach over 10,000 students by 2030
2.Invest in and bring added value to CareerStarter by 2028 with additional soft skills prompting and tools to help guide the job search process.
3.Grow the Community Construction Academy and Rapid Recovery Academy to provide at least 50 locations offering training by 2030.
