Vision

We see enormous opportunity in the strength of the nonprofits that serve young people every day. America’s Promise Alliance brings those leaders together, helping them grow their organizations and act collectively on the biggest issues in K-12 education and youth development, post-secondary to workforce pathways, and democracy and civic engagement. By building that connective tissue, we unlock solutions no single organization could accomplish alone and create greater opportunity for the next generation.

Goals

1. 1.Support the development and implementation of Alliance programming, ensuring we maintain our high rates of engagement, satisfaction, and impact for the 150 organizations and 750 leaders currently in the community.
2. 2.Support the growth of our Alliance community by (1) continuing to recruit the leading national organizations working in our issue areas, (2) doubling enrollment of place-based organizations in Atlanta and Denver, and (3) launching two new partner cities.
3. 3.Supporting our collective action work which will include the success of our current four initiatives and the identification and launch of at least two new collective action initiatives over the next two years.
