Vision

United Way NEXT serves as the go-to resource for advice, strategy, connections, and interim leadership solutions. For former and current United Way leaders, United Way NEXT is a vibrant, wise, and welcoming network of peers, mentors and colleagues that provides ways to stay engaged and connected.

Goals

1. 1.Develop infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability and future growth. This includes adding staff to sustain current levels, reviewing internal and external processes and procedures for continuity, and managing a website migration, email migration, and creation of a membership directory.
2. 2.Create a Consultant Collaborative program for members to leverage new and existing relationships to make meaningful connections, serve as a resource to the United Way network, and provide a platform for members to be in community together.
3. 3.Continue to offer mentorship, professional development learning opportunities, career transition support, planned giving support, and interim executive leadership continuity solutions to members. This includes members who are working within the United Way network and alumni who work for other nonprofit organizations.
