Citygate Network is committed to equipping leaders and ministries to grow in their calling and maximize Kingdom impact through Innovation & Impact Labs, Leadership Collaboratives, and Collective Impact. By fostering environments of learning, creativity, and collaboration, we help leaders develop practical strategies, expand their influence, and align efforts toward a shared vision. Together, we multiply transformation in communities across North America, centering all we do on the gospel and the person of Jesus Christ.

Goals

1. 1.Leadership Collaboratives bring leaders together for learning, encouragement, and accountability in safe, affinity-based cohorts. Through monthly coaching, online connections, and annual gatherings, leaders receive counsel, support, and inspiration to grow in their calling. Online affinity groups will also foster mutual support and accountability.
2. 2.Innovation & Impact Labs equip Citygate Network ministry teams to affirm strengths, align systems, and envision new best practices. Hosted by trained missions, these hands-on environments foster fresh ideas, challenge old thinking, and cultivate flourishing team culture for greater ministry impact.
3. 3.Collective Impact unites Citygate Network ministries around a shared vision and common agenda, aligning efforts to solve key challenges together. By tracking aggregate data, we’ll highlight our combined results, foster deeper collaboration, and amplify transformation in individuals and communities.
