BAHC's Legacy Homes Program allows family members to transfer a home to BAHC to enable lifelong housing ownership, management, maintenance, and coordinated services. The home's ownership will be separate from the service provider, coordinating personalized and curated.
2.Making Homes Work enables families with a member who has I/DD to live in their own home with dignity and comfort. Leveraging BAHC's expertise in property management and home adaptation, BAHC conducts research, budgeting, bidding, supervision, evaluation, and provides financial modifications to ensure that homes are customized and updated with durable materials.
3.Incorporation of CLIO into our workflow for evaluation and project management to support the Legacy Homes Program and the Making Homes Work Program.
