UWEP is dedicated to mobilizing the community through volunteerism, advocacy, and resource development to improve the education, income, and health of residents throughout the area. United Way of the Eastern Panhandle engages the community to identify the most significant local issues, builds collaborative partnerships, develops strategies, and brings together financial and human capital to address areas of need and measure results.
