To nurture and empower children in North Carolina through our residential, foster care, and child development programs. PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL AND FAMILY FOSTER CARE FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM HOMES DUE TO ABUSE AND NEGLECT AND ARE UNDER THE CARE AND SUPERVISION OF DEPARTMENTS OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
