The Tuscarora Council proudly serves more than 5,700 youth in Duplin, Johnston, Sampson and Wayne Counties of eastern North Carolina. Our Scout Office is located in Goldsboro. Many programs are offered by the Tuscarora Council to promote leadership and cooperative skills.
