Vision

Our Charge: United Way of Iredell County fights for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in Iredell County.

Goals

1. 1.Partnership Grants: We fund programs that have a proven track record of improving the health, education and financial stability of families across Iredell County. By growing the stability and reach of services that demonstrate impact we help families recover quickly from a time of crisis. We also create opportunities for increased capacity and collaboration between non profit organizations.
2. 2.Iredell Housing Fund: We bring together a collaborative partnership of organizations dedicated to safe and attainable housing to work in concert to turn the tide and provide more housing opportunities for those families who struggle to obtain shelter.
3. 3.Be Well Iredell: We serve as the fiscal agent and incubator for the Be Well Iredell collaborative. This cross-sector collaborative works to improve wellness, in particular mental wellness, and reduce the number of suicides attempted in Iredell County. We achieve this impact through training and education, improved access to care and community education.
