The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Expand and strengthen the reach of our existing programs and services to ensure more individuals and families in Western North Carolina have access to life-changing resources. By growing and scaling our recovery programs, shelter, and supportive services, we aim to remove barriers, increase capacity, and provide greater opportunities for healing, stability, and long-term transformation.
Goal Two: Advance our advocacy efforts to raise awareness and influence positive change around the issues of homelessness, addiction, poverty, and recovery. By amplifying the voices of those we serve and engaging with community leaders and partners, we strive to break down stigma and create a more compassionate and just community for all.
Goal Three: Strengthen and refine our impact by prioritizing and investing in our core programs—rescue, recovery, and restoration—while scaling back initiatives that fall outside of our central mission. By focusing resources on what we do best, we will deepen program effectiveness, ensure sustainability, and maximize long-term transformation in the lives of those we serve.
