Vision

Our mission is to meet human needs, promote reconciliation, and work with communities in their efforts to become self-sufficient, sustainable, democratic entities. We focus on the areas of health care, education, sustainable economic development and sustainable agriculture. We always work in response to community needs, not dictating to communities.

Goals

1. 1.Because we work responding to community needs, our program goals change according to those needs, and when existing programs and services are no longer needed by the participating communities, we scale those back or eliminate them, happily referring folk in need to where those needs are being met within the broader national system.
2. 2.Our current program focus is on eduation, especially through international volunteers experiencing the lives of those living in poverty.
3. 3.As a small nonprofit supported through grassroots donations, we are educating ourselves in how to more appropriately use technical skills to encourage donor participation, without mass-blasting and overwhelming interested supporters.
