THE HUNGER AND HEALTH COALITION RELIEVES POVERTY AND HUNGER FOR HOUSEHOLDS EXPERIENCING ECONOMIC HARDSHIP AND FOOD INSECURITY. WE SERVE LOW-INCOME AND UNINSURED RESIDENTS OF AVERY, WATAUGA AND ASHE COUNTIES WHO ARE FORCED TO CHOOSE BETWEEN PAYING RENT AND BUYING FOOD.
