Vision

Our Houses offer physical comforts and emotional support designed to promote the well-being of the whole family. These Houses not only keep families close when they need each other most but increases the ability for families to spend more time with their child, interact with their clinical care team and participate in critical medical care decisions.

Goals

1. 1.It is our goal to be able to treat more families...better. This aligns with the strategic growth direction of RMHC Global.
2. 2.We are working to grow a high performing team, by evaluating current staffing needs and opportunities and assessing the people currently in those roles. We also are working to grow and develop additional fundraising capacities and prospects. In addition, we are implementing a new donor database to better manage donor data.
3. 3.It is our goal to better meet the needs of the families who utilize our houses. This requires conversations with current and prior families, as well as intentional conversations with our healthcare partners.
