THE NORTH CAROLINA FARMWORKERS' PROJECT (NCFP) EXISTS TO PROMOTE THE ORGANIZATION OF FARMWORKERS SO THAT THEY CAN FIND SOLUTIONS TO THEIR PROBLEMS COLLECTIVELY, TO ENCOURAGE POLITICAL PARTICIPATION, AND TO GIVE FARMWORKERS THE TOOLS TO WORK TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVING CONDITIONS.
