THE RISING STAR SOCCER CLUB OF CNY, INC OPERATES AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION. THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT YOUTH SOCCER PROGRAMS, TO PROVIDE CONTINUING DEVELOPMENT THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR CHILDREN AND COACHES, TO PROMOTE TEAM CONCEPTS, TO SET HIGH MORAL STANDARDS, AND TO PROVIDE A FUN ATOMSPHERE FOR ALL PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLUB.
