TO PROVIDE FOOD AND SHELTER FOR STRAY AND ABANDONED ANIMALS. TO INSURE ALL ANIMALS ADOPTED FROM THE SHELTER ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC TO THE DANGERS OF RABIES AND OTHER DISEASES. TO PROMOTE CARE AND GOOD TREATMENT AND TO PREVENT ABUSE.
