THE CORPORATION OPERATES THE PROJECT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 221(D)(3) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT OF 1959, WITH MORTGAGE INSURANCE PROVIDED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD).
