WDA seeks to collaborate with other discipleship-oriented organizations and churches in order to advance God's Kingdom all over the earth. We strategically partner with churches, with evangelical networks, with pastoral communities, and other missions organizations to train Christian leaders. We utilize marketing and communication vehicles in order to provide opportunities for people to be discipled or trained to disciple. We lead training conferences and intensives in order to equip people with skills for discipleship and emotional healing, or to help churches erect a discipleship ministry in their church.

The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
In 2019, WDA began developing an online training platform with the goal of being able to place our digital resources onto the platform and utilize it for training and discipling people. When the pandemic shut everything down, we placed ALL of our discipleship and leadership resources on the platform and made them available for free for a year and a half. We switched all of our discipleship groups and training cohorts to an online video conferencing format. We found that video conferencing still delivered an impactful relational learning experience without sacrificing life transformation! Without being able to travel overseas, we witnessed our international staff leaders take on more responsibility and do all that they could to keep pouring into communities in their countries through digital means. We used to be a complete in-person ministry and now we primarily provide online training which allows us to reach more people in more places who are eager to be able to disciple their church members or communities and develop disciple makers who think, feel, and act like Jesus.
