Vision

By 2030, Worldwide Discipleship Association will form 20,000 deeply transformed leaders who replicate discipleship in their faith communities. This will result in a sustained, generational transformation that extends far beyond WDA’s direct reach.

Goals

1. 1.20,000 leaders trained (50+ hours of formation) in WDA’s relational disciple-making approach. At least 70% of trained leaders actively discipling others within 12 months of completion.
2. 2.1.5 million individuals discipled (12+ hours of personalized mentorship) through WDA-trained leaders, delivered through Phase 1 & 2 small groups, RYH small groups, mentoring relationships, discipleship experiences, or intensives.
3. 3.Regional leadership hubs or coordinators established to support contextualized discipleship resulting in active disciple-making leaders in 80 countries by 2030.
