Mission

Rebuild the American Republic® by reclaiming civil liberties, protecting free speech, securing property rights, and restoring constitutional balance through legal action against the government and related educational programs. Since 1976, we set lasting precedent both in and out of the courtroom to preserve and protect Americans’ rights under our Constitution.

Vision

Restore the Founders' original design - government respects limits on its power, citizens are empowered, and liberty is preserved through the rule of law.

Goals

1.File lawsuits when necessary to hold government accountable for stepping out of the box created for them by the U.S. Constitution, State Constitutions, or laws.
2.We desire to always be available to those who have a need to stand up to a governmental entity which is breaking the law. This, by nature, creates new programs (cases) on a regular basis.
3.The reality is that our cases and operations require funding. Lawsuits can be expensive. It's imperative that we have a goal to increase our revenue to fund this critical work.
