Partnership Against Domestic Violence

Mission

As the first and largest domestic violence agency in Georgia, Partnership Against Domestic Violence has been serving survivors of domestic violence for almost 50 years. PADV's mission is to end the crime of domestic violence and empower its survivors. Implementing a holistic approach to ending domestic violence, including prevention and outreach, is essential to ending this horrible crime in our communities.

Vision

PADV's goal is to end the crime of domestic violence. We do that by working to educate the public on the dynamics of domestic violence, promote healthy dating relationships among adolescents, teens and young adults to prevent future violence, offer safety and shelter for abused adults and children, restore power, self-sufficiency, and control to survivors, create an effective and coordinated community response to DV.
