WHQR offers news, music, entertainment and interaction to expand knowledge, encourage artistic appreciation, engage our community and promote civil discourse. WHQR Public Radio is an important part of the cultural fabric of our community. We support and enhance the artistic life of this region in two basic ways: through our music and cultural programs on the air, and through the other events and promotions which we offer.
