For 45 years, Hospice of the Golden Isles (HGI) has been dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care to individuals with advanced illness and to supporting the families who love them. As the only community-based, non-profit hospice and palliative care organization serving Glynn, Camden, McIntosh, Brantley, and Charlton counties, HGI ensures that patients receive the highest quality care—care that upholds dignity, manages pain and symptoms, and addresses social, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout serious illness and at the end of life. Our mission is simple and steadfast. We strive to provide the best care when it matters most, regardless of a person’s ability to pay. We walk alongside families as caregivers, offering guidance, comfort, and bereavement support during one of life’s most vulnerable times.
