Mission

National Foundation for Transplants (NFT) strives to empower community, foster health equity, and improve quality of life by eliminating financial barriers that impede, delay, and/or hinder the transplant process, ultimately contributing to the saving of lives. Founded in 1983, NFT has generated more than $98 million to help patients during their transplant journey. NFT serves transplant patients in all 50 states and U.S. territories.
