The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: In the past two years, we have expanded our venue portfolio to Armour Street Theatre, Cain Center for the Arts, and the Duke Family Performance Hall, giving us small, medium, and large spaces where we can program a vast spectrum of youth and adult entertainment. We aim to expand and renovate Armour Street Theatre to enable us to grow our programming on site at our primary venue.
Goal Two: We aim to add staff positions in marketing and development, taking two roles shared amongst the small full-time staff now and elevating them as focused, specialized roles. We also hope to solidify our volunteer base, which is particularly helpful in the technical side of building theatrical productions.
Goal Three: We aim to offer more accessible youth programming by meeting 100% of tuition need requests, touring our shows to schools without the means to attend via field trips, and facilitating free, on-site theatre education opportunities for low-income families.
