TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT SAVANNAH TECHNICAL COLLEGE BY PROVIDING NEEDED FUNDS, EQUIPMENT, AND RESOURCES TO SUPPLEMENT EXISTING FUNDING SOURCES. WITH ASSISTANCE FROM OTHER AGENCIES AND PRIVATE INDUSTRY, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS.
