Goals

1. 1.To grow and scale EPCF's impact, we aim to expand our partnerships with hospitals, broaden regional outreach, and increase our digital presence to reach a wider audience. We plan to integrate more community-driven events, corporate sponsorships, and volunteer opportunities to raise awareness and funds, ensuring more children and families benefit from our programs of comfort, healing, and support.
2. 2.To meet growing needs in Georgia, EPCF will launch the Enchanted Peach Library this fall, delivering books to seriously ill kids in hospitals to spark joy and imagination. Aiming to reach 500+ children in 2026, we’ll fund this program through community events and #BooksBringJoy campaigns. 3. 3.EPCF will invest in organizational capacity by enhancing our financial infrastructure, securing grants, and diversifying funding streams. We plan to strengthen improve operational efficiency with upgraded technology and expand data tracking systems for better program evaluation. These investments will allow us to scale our impact, ensuring sustainable growth and increased program effectiveness.
