Mission

AN ESSENTIAL MISSION OF HEMS IS TO PROVIDE SECURITY FOR THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE OPERATION OF THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE EVEN IF RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY ARE UNABLE TO PAY FOR CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR CARE. THE GOAL OF HEMS IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY, EXPAND THE ACCESSIBILITY OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE AND EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
