TO PROVIDE EMOTIONAL, INFORMATIONAL, AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO PARENTS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE DEAF OR HARD OF HEARING AND, DEAF PARENTS WITH HEARING CHILDREN, ASSISTING PARENTS OF CHILDREN FROM BIRTH THROUGH AGE 21 BY PROVIDING INFORMATION AND SUPPORT THAT WILL EMPOWER THEM AS INFORMED DECISION MAKERS.
