ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2024, A 32 UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT WAS DEEDED TO THE ORGANIZATION BY BELL OAKS VILLAGE II, LTD, A RELATED PARTY AND THE ORGANIZATION ASSUMED THE OPERATION OF THE APARTMENT PROJECT.
