Vision

That in all the congregations and ministries of the Hispanic church there may be capable leaders for the service of the whole church and society for the glory of God.

Goals

1. 1.A. Establish pillar table stakes in the approach of any program to standardized execution and enable success. B. Nurture, manage and grow strategic partnerships, collaboration agreements and fraternal relations. 1. Identify mission commonalities among our theological and ecclesiastical peer organizations to collaborate for the community benefit.
2. 2.A. Continue to strengthen existing strategic alliances related to current grants to explore the possibility of creating avenues to receive unrestricted funds. B. Develop income sources (i.e. Fees for Service) that by the end of 2030 generate at least 33% of the total subsidies received. C. Create a self-sustainability mindset across all programs and products.
3. 3.A. Strengthen our certification program. B. Capitalize on our products and programs in the theological education ecosystem. C. Identify new strategic opportunities that add value to our certified institutes. D. Develop effective, active, and dynamic alliances (new and existing).
