Vision

SSEF's vision is that every Sandy Springs public school student will be prepared for a successful future.

Goals

1. 1.To foster student success, we create and implement programs that prepare students with skills needed to navigate life beyond graduation. Our goal is to increase effectiveness and scope of impact of existing literacy, after school, STEAM and mentoring programs and evaluate adding new programs as needed. The goal is to consistently monitor, evaluate and improve current and future programming.
2. 2.To engage stakeholders and increase SSEF’s visibility to build awareness and appreciation of our mission and initiatives. Increase business and community as well as parent awareness of SSEF programs. Develop new mediums to share SSEF’s story with community stakeholders including videos, testimonials from students and parent experiences with SSEF programs. Grow our mailing list.
3. 3.To enhance financial responsibility, we identify, solicit, and effectively manage donated funds and in-kind assets. Develop a decision matrix to determine ROI of current and future fundraising events. Create and implement a plan for soliciting sponsors to underwrite individual SSEF programs. Increase income streams yearly in fundraising events, grants, as well as individual and corporate donors.
