TO SUPPORT CHILDREN SEPARATED FROM THEIR FAMILY MEMBER(S) THROUGH SAFE, CHILD FRIENDLY, FLEXIBLE SUPERVISED VISITS WITH A GOAL, WHILE IN OUR CARE, THE CHILDREN ARE EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY SAFE; TO PROVIDE FAMILY EDUCATION SERVICES TO PROMOTE HOME SAFETY, CHILD HEALTH AND POSITIVE FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS; AND TO PROVIDE PARENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO PROMOTE POSITIVE PARENTING.
