TEACHING HOMELESS WORKING FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN LIFE SKILLS FOR ATTAINING INDEPENDENT LIVING WHILE PROVIDING SHORT-TERM HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Empowering families to break the cycle of homelessness and thrive within our community.

1.Growing our Journey Home program from supporting up to 36 families annually to 72 families in our expanded transitional housing program, and continued growth of our graduate program.
2.Grow revenue streams and the capacity of staff to efficiently support the varied operations of our expanded program after the completion of our new transitional housing units and office space.
3.Graduate housing and case management to further support a limited number of graduates with longer-term housing while they work towards workforce development and homeownership preparation.
