    The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
    In each area of our organization we have focused on the changes that the new post covid world has brought to and made changes in those areas. For example we have focused on keeping our doors open and ensuring that preschool families have a consistent and trusted spot to drop their children off. Less focus on the sophistication of early childhood, more focus on reliability. In the area of adult education we've moved to a balanced offering for those who wish to remain on zoom and those that prefer in person community. We've moved financially to a more consistent and reliable fundraising model as individuals look to manage their charitable giving in a more consistent and reliable manner than before. We continue to listen to the market and make changes as needed.
