NWAG envisions a global presence where Nigerian women and youth are empowered, nurtured, and leading positive change. We aspire to be a household name, known globally for innovative solutions that promote women's identity, youth empowerment, and community development. NWAG aims to nurture women of all ages, equip young women to drive change, and foster leaders who impact Africa and the global community.

Goals

1. 1.Grow NWAG's Scholarship Program: Double scholarship awards from 120 to 240 by 2039, expanding access to education for Nigerian students and emerging leaders. Breakdown: - Current: 120 scholarships/year - Target: 200 scholarships/year in 15 years - Focus: Scale program, increase impact, support more students
2. 2.Expand Orphanage Support: Grow NWAG's reach from 17 to 37 orphanages in Nigeria by 2039, supporting 1 orphanage per state and empowering vulnerable children nationwide.
