Vision

The Museum's artistic vision is for Georgia to be one of the premier art communities in the U.S. To achieve this, we allocate resources to artists, educators, scholars, and arts enthusiasts. Providing direct payments and enrichment opportunities allows everyone in the arts community to do their best work here. MOCA GA has created a comprehensive approach to supporting the creative community and has successfully supported hundreds of Georgia-based artists through our exhibitions, education programs, and the Working Artist Project.

Goals

1. 1.MOCA GA provides artists, educators, scholars, and arts lovers with the resources and opportunities to pursue their creative passions and careers to the highest level possible here in Georgia.
2. 2.MOCA GA exhibits and supports Georgia artists, creates meaningful education opportunities, and makes contemporary art accessible to all people by working directly with underserved communities.
3. 3.MOCA GA’s strengths are our ambition, experience, and community connections. Since our founding in 2000, we have demonstrated the skills and resources to make major change happen in our community.
