Mission

The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. For nearly 60 years the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County have been in the forefront of youth development, working with young people from disadvantaged economic, social, and family circumstances. The Clubs have actively sought to enrich the lives of young people who other youth agencies have failed to reach. We are dedicated to ensuring that our community's young people have greater access to quality programs and services that will enhance lives and shape their futures.

Vision

Provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

2.Developing new initiatives and partnerships that enable the Club to create globally competitive graduates, 21st century leaders, while building a healthier generation of youth.
3.Boys & Girls Clubs works continuously to enhance safety policies, practices and trainings to ensure youth are safe and protected. Providing safe spaces for youth is our No. 1 job.
