Goals

1. 1.In FY2025, GGI delivered over 126,000 training hours and helped more than 200 individuals with barriers to employment secure competitive jobs. GGI will grow this impact by expanding skilled trades training and adding employer partnerships, increasing the number of clients placed in competitive employment across Palm Beach County.
2. 2.GGI operates emergency shelters and permanent supportive housing serving individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness in Palm Beach County. GGI will expand housing capacity and increase access to rapid re-housing and permanent supportive housing, moving more households out of shelter and into stable, permanent housing with wraparound supportive services.
3. 3.GGI is concentrating resources on its core mission: workforce development and housing for individuals with barriers to employment. GGI will assess program performance against mission alignment, cost per outcome, and sustainability, redirecting resources from programs outside this core toward workforce training and housing services with demonstrated impact.
