Mission

REDLANDS CHRISTIAN MIGRANT ASSOCIATION, IN. (RCMA) WAS INCORPORATED AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADMINISTERING DAY CARE CENTERS AND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTERS FOR CHILDREN OF MIGRANTS AND OTHER RURAL POOR. RCMA ACHIEVES ITS PURPOSE THROUGH A VARIETY OF PROGAMS FUNDED SUBSTANTIALLY BY STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS AND INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTORS.

RCMA will be recognized as a national role model in preparing rural low-income children for leadership in an increasingly diverse and complex world.

Goals

1.To provide quality childcare, educational opportunities and improve the health and general welfare of children and their families.
2.To provide children and their families with support services.
3.To increase public awareness of the lifestyles of migrant and seasonal farm workers and the rural poor.
